Peaceful nights sleep in comfortable...

Liked: Nice and quiet, I didn’t hear any noise from above or adjacent rooms. I appreciated being able to park on the premises out the back. Lovely building and gardens. Bed was comfortable with very crisp clean linen. Room and bathroom were very clean. I appreciated the bottled water in the fridge and being able to make a cup of tea in my room.
Disliked: I had to get up early on Sunday but if you wanted a sleep in maybe request a room away from the dining area as although they weren’t overly noisy it was right next to my room and they start setting up around 7.30am.

Liked: The property is a historic mansion and lovely preserved. Pictures are accurate and all facilities are as listed. Close to the train and the bus but not too noisy.
Disliked: Although located near the tram, bus and tram I was visiting during some changed/reduced service weekend and it made my journey to parts of Melbourne quite challenging.

Liked: Location was ideal for visiting Melbourne. The property is a converted house and the room was well sized with a convenient bathroom and shower. I'd visit again.

Liked: Great communication. Ease of parking. Wonderful atmosphere - modern conveniences with old world style.
Disliked: Bed lamp room 5 near window not working. Some electrical cable had been knocked loose window side of room - could lead to safety risk for some clients.
