Excellent value, easy to find,...

Liked: Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Great rooms and close together as requested. Easy walk into Jasper.
Disliked: Nothing

Decent

Liked: I've stayed here a couple of times. It's a convenient location with a nice pool and hot tub area. The staff are very kind, as well.
Disliked: This time the hot tub was lukewarm and we couldn't figure out how to turn up the temperature. The beds are also rock hard and the pillows are uncomfortable- I didn't sleep well and woke up with a stiff neck.

Disliked: I have always stayed on top floor because bottom can be noisy and my dogs will bark , but they told me no last time even though when I booked I specifically asked
