Good location but not really...

Liked: Location, close to the main Coyocan square and the museum of Frida Kahlo.
Disliked: It wasn’t clean, the walls were covered with spiders which were definitely there a long time. Also, the description does not match the actual reality. This was a room in a house with a communal area and not a suite. This was not a suite in any way!

Liked: The location is perfect in Coyoacan, very safe area. The place is very secure and looks homey. Beds are super comfortable too. Loved staying here!

Liked: The location is great and the house is comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful!

I couldn’t have hoped for...

Liked: Location was a short walk to the city center and a slightly longer walk to the Frida Kahlo house. I thought the house/hotel was beautiful simple and clean, but nicely done with lovely Mexican colors (sort of adobe color) and design.
Disliked: I loved everything.

Liked: Terrific location in the heart of wonderful Coyoacan. Comfortable, modern property. Definitely the best hotel in Coyoacan.
Disliked: As a guest, we weren’t sure if this was a hotel or an Airbnb-type “ room in a home”. Management hasn’t really decided either. Check-in was difficult…a woman was there to let us in, but she didn’t know which room was ours, and had difficulty writing down the door code and wi-fi info. After that, all was great. Perfect place for us.
