Very dissapointing

Liked: No facilités.. no breakfast available. No bar..used bu council to place families
Disliked: Tried to cancel extra night..booking .com not interested..

Ok for what we needed

Liked: It was ok for the trip we’d had at Alton Towers but the room smelt damp and foisty. There was black mould all over the bathroom and the shower rail was very rusty
Disliked: The pillows were very soft and flat and the bed was very noisy The bathroom window didn’t close properly and made the door bang all night

Disliked: EverythingIt's dreary, drab and outdated.It's not a hotel. It's a broken down motel in the middle of nowhere.
