Liked: I couldn’t stay there because while doing transactions they told me I can’t stay there that day but money has been already debited

Liked: Room was ok, quite a few marks on walls etc.
Disliked: Left my charger in the room, tried to make contact a number of times to retrieve it and nobody came back to me via phone or email which was disappointing.

Good

Liked: Comfortable mattress, good heating system., red hot water on demand. Staff were attentive and very friendly.
Disliked: The room was run down, and the net ripped on the window. Walls could do with a luck of paint. remote control to television did not work. No spoons in for for tea and coffee facilities.

Disliked: The room was unclean and had damages, the bed was dirty and uncomfortable.The cleaners didn’t clean the room they didn’t hoover or clean the bathroom.The shower head constantly leaked and I had people outside my room on the Wednesday night until almost midnight working in one of the rooms I can only imagine or assume and they had music on and drinking and shouting towards each other
