The staff were polite, cheerful...

Liked: Sadly we arrived prior to refurbishment and scaffolding was erected during our stay. The staff did their best to ensure we were not too disturbed but the scaffolding made a lot of noise during one night.
Disliked: The carpets. Badly stained throughout the hotel. Hopefully these will be renewed during the refurbishment.
