Dissapointing.

Liked: Location and grounds
Disliked: Old run down tried to cover up and remodel but obvious water leaks. Broke a logs on patio door, dirty sheets and roomWasn’t well cleaned under bed and corners had pens and wrappersAnd built up dirt and dust. Bath tub and sink Were stained fromOver use so looks dirty. The restaurant want anyCleaner, glassware and silverware were dirty, wine was over priced and old soupWas watery.

Good

Liked: Great location near Beaver Stadium. Rooms were nice, clean, and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Feminine speaking man (I forget his name) was very dismissive at check in and gave minimal answers when asked when our room would be ready. Said he’d call but I called him after 4:00 and shocker it was “just ready.” Got there and there were 3 other couples all waiting for rooms after check in time. Everyone was frustrated but it was they way he handled it like he could care less.

Would not recommend

Liked: Honestly, not much went well. There was no water in the vending machine, I couldn’t check in until hours after the check in time, bed was okay, shower head was so short.
Disliked: I paid for a double bed room. I got put in a one bed room. It had a huge conference table in the middle of it. The staff didn’t even let us know that the room had changed. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

Disliked: Rooms were not ready on time , we had concert tickets and missed part of the show bc we could not get ready

Very awful experience I will...

Liked: The actually land was gorgeous but the hotel was awful
Disliked: There was blood on the curtains hand prints in the bathroom, body fluids all over the couch the hotel was like you were in a Time Machine back in the 80s the heat was running on a 85 degree day leading to the actual hotel and hallways being so hot it felt like you were going to pass out walking from the lobby to room, I got the suite, and my balcony was right next to the restaurant leading to no privacy when wanting to sit on the balcony.Last but not least there is a restaurant in the hotel the staff told us we could order room service or take out so when we called placed a order was told it would be done with 25/30 min we go to pick up food and the server said the manager said no to ur order and it was never made it was a complete mess here then after talking to a front desk manager the next day they stated no housekeeping showed up to clean rooms so he wasn’t shocked by the way our rooms were I told him I’ll never be returning

Bad

Disliked: I was told to pre check in via email so the room would be clean which I did. Then when we arrived at 330 we decided to see if the room was ready ( 4pm check in) the staff said no, so we waited til 4 the room was still not ready. We ended up having to get ready for the Luke combs concert i the restaurant bathroom!!!! Then when they finally called to say the room was ready it was after 6pm! I am not happy about this at all.
