Liked: TOC felt more like a modern hotel than a typical hostel. My room was very nice, especially the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Disliked: Initially on day one, it all look fine and I even extended for two more nights. Next day I encountered only useless, clueless, untrained, uneducated, rude employees. Dirty, I found used tea bag’s under the mattress which only means someone drank and dropped the teabag on the bed but their cleaning is so poor, they didn’t removed the teabag leftovers, nasty! They all seemed and behaved very miserable for whatever reason, from the one who seemed to be the manager to the cleaning staff. Toc Sevilla and Toc Malaga were great that’s why I booked this one in Granada but Toc Granada is below average in every possible way.
