Exceptional

Liked: We liked how organised and clean everywhere was. Staff were very helpful with indications and offering breakfast choices etc. Our room was private and it was immaculate and had everything we needed. On top of the building there was a rooftop with the views of the cathedral, very nice. Location was perfect super close to the centre and 15min walk from train station and buses around.
Disliked: The fact that we had to pay extra to leave our luggage for 2 extra hours.

Well situated and beautifully designed...

Liked: The hostel was well situated, close to the main cathedral, and the room itself was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing! It's now among my top favorite hostels.

Lovely hostel, nice stay but...

Liked: The room. The bed. The shower. The breakfast.
Disliked: Had to pay for a towel. I had my own towel but I was told that you had to rent one at reception if you needed one. If you are traveling the world like a lot of people are in hostels, a hostel is your best friend, a second home. When you are traveling for a long time the last thing you want to hear is you have to pay extra for a towel. To pay to leave your luggage bag with reception for a small few hours. The majority of hostels do not charge for these. It is these small things that matter most to travellers. Maybe cut back on the breakfast and give out towels and be able to leave luggage for a few hours

Very good

Liked: Super beautiful and spacious shared area that I loved, although the pillows and seats were a bit dirty. Kitchen was small but not a big deal as we managed. The rooms felt updated and nice. I love the way they are set up as while there aren’t any privacy curtains, I didn’t have to look at anyone’s faces randomly in the night. I loved that there were separate doors for the toilet so others could still take a shower or use the sink.
Disliked: Room was quite small for 6 (all female) dorms. My biggest issue however, was that the AC was going directly into my dorm bed. It was freezing every single night because of it, but all the other girls were hot if it got turned off, obviously it’s unfair to keep it off just cause I’m freezing my butt off at night. Please please please, try to find a way to not have the ac blasting directly into 1 bed or provide your guests with more than a sheet to sleep with.

Liked: Very stylish, clean and centrically located. Friendly staff and great facilites to work/eat/relax. Flexibility with the check in time was very much appreciated.
Disliked: Leaving luggage in the storage room after the check out is a paid service.
