Liked: Close to the motorway and bed was comfy.
Disliked: Rooms need painting as the walls were marked and scuffed and stains on the carpet.Waited 10 minutes to check in as no one was at the bar and none of the staff knew where the person was.People in front of me left as they got fed up waiting

Disliked: A window in our room wouldn’t close but got fixed next day as we were there on a Sunday slightly short staffed

Disliked: Rooms are not updated or maintained- missing furniture- eg- missing bedside table- no fridge.No place to put luggage . Equipment getting old n frayed Can be noisy. The floor board above our room squeaks badly and can hear constant foot traffic Breakfast is poor even though the carvery is great- food is rubbery!
