Liked: The location was great. Close to all local amenities
Disliked: Staff were not particularly bothered when I complained at check out about the noise and behaviour of the people in our neighbouring room, they just said "that's them" pointing to the 3 lads who's noise and behaviour had kept us awake from 01:00-03:00, I knew exactly who they were as I had spoken to then several times. There is an option to find a phone in a corridor and phone the night porter, but my daughter was so upset and frightened, I couldn't leave her in the room. The room was not very clean, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and the 30 minute wait in a que (14 people ahead of me) for a carvery was frustrating... watching the chef serve as slowly as he could....the food was not great either... Will book the Holiday Inn over the road next time. Friends stayed there, said it was spot on.
