Liked: Great place. All staff great except the carvery chefClose to wimdsor
Disliked: Chef was sulky and very measly with the carvery He didn't want to be there

Ok but rather tatty and...

Liked: Location was good for what we wanted
Disliked: We couldn't get into our room as the key fob did not work. We then tried to find someone to sort this problem out and it took a while. When we arrived we waited ages to get booked in as the bar was busy and they seemed to be short staffed.
