Liked: The property was clean and tidy with fabulous staff who couldn't be more helpful. We were given direction for places to go in London while we were visiting the sites.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like has as we found everything outstanding.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Bit confusing on breakfast as charged different both days only wanting jam on toast. Great location bus stop outside into windsor centre.
Disliked: Bit more clarity on meals just handed cutlery and told to sit where we wanted.

Value you for money

Liked: Location, ease of checking in and staff.
Disliked: 5.35 am - commercial dustbins being collected/emptied from next door Co Op store.

Good family stay

Liked: Great choice English breakfast in buffet style. Little weird that cereal is only available on request.

Liked: I stay every time in Toby.Be it Slough, Manchester or Birmingham
Disliked: Staff at reception.She was rude this time.Saw her first time.It seems that she was forcebly given that job.Room heater was not working. I asked to check.No one turned up.I asked Hot milk at 8PM, the attendent said come at 10pm, when ever u need. we will do it for u.The lady at reception at 10:22 said, we can't make it hot for u. All is closed.

Liked: I was only in the Property late until early morning so I did not use any of the Facilities.
Disliked: All we used was fine
