Room was indifferent but great...

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: Offer on in the carvery. This caused chaos. Not enough food, too many people waiting and no extra staff, who were lovely and coped with the chaos very well

Great stay

Liked: Size of premises, bar and restraunt. Comfortable rooms
Disliked: Beds a bit firm, but that is my opinion

Good for what it is.

Liked: The location of it is nice plus the fact you can just have a nice drink or go for a nice carvery.The cleaning staff were lovely.
Disliked: That it is easy to miss if you have never been to Birmingham before. Some, not all, members of staff could be rude or quite ignorant.
