Liked: Carvery was good. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Registering car registration details was confusing, entered car reg on console immediately inside Reception, which only gave us 24 hrs, when signage should have been clearer to register details on console at check-in as could put in 2 nights stay. Had very stressful time having to keep updating car registration details.

Disliked: Room looked out onto bin and storage area with attendant noise.

Comfy Stay - Great Value!

Liked: Great location with Free parking. Super comfy bed and a room with everything you need, nothing you don't.
Disliked: Room can be a bit hot this time of the year which is totally understandable. Didn't bother me but might have been nice to have a fan in the room (didn't ask for one so can't grumble!)

Great staff, not a great...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and accommodating where possible.
Disliked: I had to queue at the bar for over 10 minutes to check-in as they were offering a £6 meal deal the night I stayed and there was no separate area for room guests to check-in. The property and room were dirty and run down/stains on carpets/walls in the room etc. It needs a refurb. I couldn't eat there or get a drink easily as it was full with the carvery offer. No water or fan in the room on a super hot day and the tap in the bathroom would only run hot water. The location on a busy main road meant I got very little sleep. The staff were clearly struggling to keep on top of how busy the pub was. Breakfast selection was poor/limited.
