Great place to stay in...

Liked: Good location, lots of space, everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the free breakfast options, very nice touch.
Disliked: Old big building was a bit scary for me, some things could do with updating (the rooftop area was a bit run down) but not a big issue at all.

Liked: It was clean. Beds were o.k. Shower had hot water.
Disliked: This accommodation needed to be clearly presented by booking.com as a backpacker hostel. It must have a reputation among the hiking crowd as a really great place. However, for the average traveler it falls short of meeting minimum requirements. The external appearance is of a building that desperately needs a coat of paint. The interior is worn-out and rag-a-tag - carpets need to be replaced, St. Vinnies-style furniture, bathroom ceiling cracked with paint pealing off. The second evening there was loud music from downstairs until at least 11:00. Would not go back or recommend.
