TLH Victoria Hotel (TLH Leisure Resort)

Very good

Liked: The food was very good and service, room was clean could do with a update.
Disliked: We had to pay for parking ten pounds per night also the leisure centre was in the other hotels as all four are together.

Liked: The facilities were really good particularly the pools.
Disliked: The room we had was right by a connecting door which made it very noisy.

Disappointing stay

Liked: Good location, near the beach and all amenities in town. The kitchen in the apartment had all the utensils we needed for cooking.
Disliked: The hotel is very dated and needs a full revamp. We stayed in an apartment with a family room ( a single bed and a double bed) the beds very uncomfortable you could feel the springs digging. The carpet were old and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the bathroom had mould in the corner due to the lack of ventilation.The floorboard had gaps in between and made the floor uneven. The sofa was also dirty and not very comfortable.

Liked: Facilities were excellent breakfast was good and evening entertainment was also great
Disliked: Need more lifts as we had to carry the pushchair up and down all the stairs lifts would’ve been a massive help!

Disliked: To be allowed in the outdoor pool and to have the choice of an umbrella for shade I asked three times for an umbrella and was told no

Liked: There is a lot of facilities they have everything on site just a bit tired looking needs new carpets and decorating

Disliked: Apartments are outdated. No lifts.
