Liked: Spa and pool
Disliked: Too hot to stay this time of year with no air con. A bit tired looking with some worn out decor. Broken and dirty looking bathroom in particular the floor

Ok, but would struggle in...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, not really a fan of buffet presentation. Location was good not too far to town
Disliked: Didn't like that I couldn't open one of the windows in my room, meaning it was like a sweatbox all the time.

Liked: Old Hotel needs a serious uplift which I am sure T

Disappointing

Liked: The pool? But even then it was extremely slippery and I fell and really hurt my leg
Disliked: No air con, the shower was over complicated, extra hidden charges when we arrived, car park was a joke to park in and I scuffed my car.

Liked: The food was very good and service, room was clean could do with a update.
Disliked: We had to pay for parking ten pounds per night also the leisure centre was in the other hotels as all four are together.

Liked: The facilities were really good particularly the pools.
Disliked: The room we had was right by a connecting door which made it very noisy.

Disappointing stay

Liked: Good location, near the beach and all amenities in town. The kitchen in the apartment had all the utensils we needed for cooking.
Disliked: The hotel is very dated and needs a full revamp. We stayed in an apartment with a family room ( a single bed and a double bed) the beds very uncomfortable you could feel the springs digging. The carpet were old and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the bathroom had mould in the corner due to the lack of ventilation.The floorboard had gaps in between and made the floor uneven. The sofa was also dirty and not very comfortable.

Disliked: Need more lifts as we had to carry the pushchair up and down all the stairs lifts would’ve been a massive help!
