Disliked: Rooms were not together. Rooms were dated and had a musty smell. Walls in the room were covered in visible dust.

Disliked: On first floor but still had to drag our cases up 3 steps and then 12 more. This was not good for 2 pensioners

Disliked: Bed mattress too thin. Having to pay for a swim while a payed guest at the hotel.

Liked: Aztec pool complex is nice but all the metal staircases are completely rusted out, steam room not working, staff uninterested just happy chatting amongst themselves Breakfast was ok
Disliked: The Noise Paper thin walls meant you could hear everything in rooms next door.No control over guests with children using electric scooters in corridors and in the bar area almost knocking drinks out of people’s hands Had to ring night steward at 1.30am due to noise in rooms which was sorted so one good point
