It was okay but not...

Liked: Breakfast was great but had to prove that we had paid for it because not all details feed through from our Booking.com booking. This was frustrating.Liked the indoor pool, sauna & steam room
Disliked: The rooms are dated, nasty looking curtains, carpets. Beds uncomfortable. One of the double rooms we had, had a leak from the toilet, which we reported twice but was still leaking when we left.

Liked: Entertainment & Leisure: A fantastic variety of activities, including a large swimming pool, bowling alley and snooker tables available until 9 pm.Resort Atmosphere: Daily programmes and evening shows keep everyone—kids and adults alike—engaged throughout their stay.Spa Facilities: On‑site spa treatments and wellness options provide a relaxing balance to the high‑energy entertainment.
Disliked: Room Condition: Guest rooms are on the small side and show their age; fresh décor and updated furnishings would elevate the experience.Water Access: There’s no bottled water or water fountains in the corridors—guests must collect drinking water from the ground‑floor restaurant.Building Layout: Some corridors and staircases feel cramped and maze‑like, which could pose an issue in emergencies.Bathroom Fixtures: The bathtub, taps and basins are dated and not intuitive to operate—kids especially found it tricky to regulate hot and cold water.

Disliked: Everything was really old, widow, doors, carpet, table, etc. very strong smell in the corridors, Paid 125 GBP for one night to sleep, for this money could be better.
