Liked: The food was great
Disliked: The lay out lifts no working , tatty room , and bed kept moving and no air con

Ok overall, probably wouldn't stay...

Liked: Location was perfect, hotel a bit dated but clean. Staff were excellent
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking, gym & towel for the pool. Were told that despite paying £20 for 48hrs of parking to 2:30pm, we had to leave the carpark by 12noon! Breakfast was awful, didn't bother 2nd day & ate elsewhere. Room was small & bed was so uncomfortable that we requested a move, which they did & it was much improved.

My daughter liked your swimming...

Liked: I like that the swimming pools were open to us even on the day of our checking out.
Disliked: Who left a pubic hair in the bath! The window was broken and once opened it would not close. A member of staff managed to close it, but I dared not open it again because then I wouldn’t be able to close it again!

Disliked: Hotel is run down any grubby, expensive , beds uncomfortable, lift broke down, had Luke warm showers, room position noisy. We left early
