Liked: Entertainment was really good and facilties ok bar staff very friendly
Disliked: How rude the receptionist was on arrival say we never had a booking when we did she was very rude the cleaning staff didn't change ate beds properly or leave tea or coffee everytime we asked bit of disappointment with that side

Black mould, that was so...

Disliked: Upon arrival I was taken to a small dirty room, the videos attached that I've taken show thick black mould in the bathrooms, the floors hadn't been hoovered, there were other people's toenails on the floor beside the bed, the walls had what appeared to be bloody fingerprints, and the curtains wouldn't close properly, as a ground floor room into a carpark it was not pleasant, after mentioning it to the staff, they moved me to a different room, WHICH had also not been cleaned, and ALSO had toenails either side of the bed, there were other people's hair on the bed and bathroom floor, and the floor in the room hadn't been hoovered, there was food and hair all over the floor, not just stray hairs, clumps of hair, and food and bits EVERYWHERE after going back down to the desk the manager didn't believe me and made me wait at the desk while she went to check herself, all she said was "oh it looks like they may not have hoovered much" (disregarding the state of the first room, and the mess on the walls in the second) after saying i didn't feel comfortable staying in that room as I couldn't even walk bare foot or sleep in a clean bed she got rather irate with me, instead of giving me another room key she marched me to another room, made a comment as to whether I was too lazy to take the stairs, and then stood there while I checked the room, after refusing to give me a key at the desk I then had to walk back down to reception with all my luggage, just to get a key card for the room i'd just been to, the whole ordeal took nearly two hours off my stay.They then said parking would be an extra ten pounds, which wasn't listed on the booking, which if I had known I would have stayed in one of the many other available hotels in the area, for the same price.

The hotel is a bit...

Liked: Location is good. The swimming pool was excellent.
Disliked: Why is the hotel so bad at providing basic services? For example only 2 very small towels in the room. Plus we had to hire towels for the swimming pool. Other hotels provide bedroom slippers, dressing gowns to visit the swimming pool in, loads of towels, shampoo etc.
