Great location, not a great...

Very good

Liked: Very close to Oriente train station, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. Nice clean rooms, great sky bar.
Disliked: Wifi very slow

Liked: I like the river view and the central location close to Oriente station.
Disliked: The most annoying thing was the elevator. It took every time several minutes to get from the reception to the room or vice versa. Capacity is just not enough for that many guests.

Excellent staff but average room

Liked: The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The sky bar staff in particular go above and beyond for you. Pool and sauna are decent.
Disliked: My room was clean but the carpet had a massive stain next to the bed which I guess is were someone had thrown up in bed because of its location. The fridge in the room had a malfunction which meant the light would flash none stop during the night. However the bathroom shower is excellent.
