Liked: The breakfast at the facilities may include a variety of items and can vary in content.I really would like to know whether would it be so expensive to install 2nd coffee machine ?
Disliked: Can the breakfast fee be paid during check-out? Also, I noticed that someone comes daily to check the minibar to count what has been consumed just as an observation..Another small note: while I was at the ground floor restaurant, the waiter handed me the plate and beers instead of placing them on the table himself. Please don’t take these as negative criticisms I just wanted to share them as constructive feedback, in case you might see any of it as something to improve..

Liked: This hotel is right by Lisbon Oriente train station. The reception team are friendly, helpful and speak English. Our room was a standard double room, perfect for a one night stop over. Plenty of room, sparkling clean and designed well with a high spec. The windows open, though also sound proof when shut, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Lovely bed too. Good coffee and bottled water also in the room.The Skybar is great. Lovely atmosphere, the tapas was yummy with vegetarian dishes. Very good service and obviously incredible views.Very good hotel, we won't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.
Disliked: We didn't come across anything we didn't like.

Liked: It's next to the Oriente station, by the EXPO. A large shopping complex and plenty of restaurants near by.Indoor pool (small but nice) and a jacuzzi.Room service meals were well served. The lighting in the room was nice and a espresso machine and teas were available.

Liked: - very good breakfast- very good location for exploring that part of the city- even though there are some negative things, see below, all in all we had a good stay at this hotel.
Disliked: - issues with the bathroom , that needed to be fixed (and were promptly after I asked reception)- rooms are a little small, and there is no reasonable upgrade possible- the pricing in the rooftop bar is ridiculous. we wanted Shisha, and they asked 70€ for it . Who actually pays that price for smoking Shisha?- in general I dont feel like the hotel fulfills the standards for the category they think they' re in and for what they charge the prices.
