An excelent one-night stay

Liked: Because the bedroom has an door between the entrance, its more quiet.The facilities are five stars with the bar on the rooftop.
Disliked: The mattress was not comfortable.It's not the fault of the hotel(s) but since there is nowhere to complain, a city hall tax of 4€/day/person (double compared to last year) is a rip-off.

Close to the airport but...

Liked: Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: The indoor pool was very rundown and the night staff weren’t very friendly. The location was very close to the public transport and the airport which was great but I found the underground station to be a little unsafe at times.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel needs a renovation. In my room, the carpet was old and had stains.The lock on the bathroom door was broken and was difficult to be closed.

Wonderful experience at TRIVOLI Hotel...

Liked: best location for my trip. The room was good and the breakfast was beyond my expectation.
Disliked: The bathroom. Install a rail to help stand in times of fall.

Fabulous Hotel

Liked: It was a fabulous hotel with friendly, amazing staff. Very clean with comfortable beds.I love the sky bar on the 16th floor as it gives you a spectacular view.A quick breakfast table in front of the main exit doors for guests leaving the hotel very early. Brilliant idea. Perfect , beautiful location and a short drive away from Lisboa airport.
Disliked: The location of the main entrance is not ideal for taxi drivers due to the major roundabout .
