Great hotel! Change the room...

Liked: Not far from the central station The fact that the sink was not in the same room than the bathroom.
Disliked: The second night I came to my room late and the room wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made, and didn’t have clean towels. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to request my room to be cleaned each day! They had clean towels sent up but that was it! I’m sure they will say that their room service policy is written somewhere but it would have been nice if someone told me about their policy when I checked in!!! They didn’t even offer me so much as a cup of coffee for the hassle! It’s an expensive hotel so the service should live up to their fees!

Good location but inconveniently architercured...

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: There was no space to store our two small luggages. This was very inconvenient for a family trip. The fact that you have to actually book for the room's cleaning is absurd and very unhelpful. Why would I want to worry about the room's cleaning in the midst of a travel?

Overpriced and bad value for...

Liked: Gym area, although the ventilation in the cardio room is ideal with the smell of the pool.
Disliked: Facilities are not clean. Room upon arrival was badly cleaned. No intermediate cleaning. This shows also on all places in the room. Stains on toilet and faucets, glass door of shower not clean, floor not clean.Location is averageExtremely overprices for the quality of the cleaning.
