Liked: Accessibility to core of Copenhagen. Ease of getting transportation to city center. Comfortable rooms. Exceptional breakfast service.
Disliked: Not much.

Liked: Nice room, excellent locationBreakfast was good, on saturday there should be extra staf because a lot was empty and needed to be refilled
Disliked: Swimmingpool was closed (again looking at other reviews), there was an alternative pool but not an option for us. Had to pay extra for a door between 2 connecting rooms, this was not clear on booking.com

Liked: the staff well extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good
Disliked: The first room (a large family room that we booked) was noisy, since it looked out over the railway track. We moved to a quieter room facing the road but the beds were appalling, we failed to get a good nights sleep for two nights. We eventually cracked and complained. We were then moved to a third room and we finally got a decent night's sleep. The staff were very helpful.

Liked: One of the few hotels I was able to find that had connecting rooms for kids. Comfortable room. Pretty easy to quickly get to Copenhagen Central Station using the S-Tog, it’s the next stop going north. Solid breakfast and friendly staff

It Was a grand spot...

Liked: Location 15 minutes walk to city centre, breakfast was okay
Disliked: The swimming pool was a disaster, very unfair with children mixed with drunk guys on a stag ....no life guard there ....it’s close at 11.30 to 13:00 which makes it over busy before then.

Pleasant

Disliked: The swimming pool was out of use for the whole stay, disappointing as it was the reason we had booked (we had our six year old with us), but the hotel were able to arrange a great alternative - use of a lovely local pool - instead
