Liked: Comfortable beds, location is handy for Tivoli gardens. Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: Swimming pool was a bit cold. Shower had a bit of a ‘drain’ smell. We had a confusing booking confirmation via booking.com it said “4 ppl in 1 room. 2 rooms next to each other” we assumed this meant interconnecting rooms but it didn’t. Our children are very young. We switched to an interconnecting room but Tivoli hotel charged us for this. Not entirely unexpected but would have been nice to just switch rooms as they could see our confirmation was misleading. Swimming pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and it was on the cold side of adequate.

Liked: Very centrally located. The staff were friendly and informative. Room was of good standard, very clean, with tea/coffee facility. Easy access to train, bus and water bus and 15min walk to Tivoli Gardens.The hotel was busy the weekend we stayed as the marathon was on but we still felt very comfortable and had no problem getting a table for breakfast.
Disliked: Everything went smoothly from check in to check out.
