Disliked: When we arrived they had a powercut, complete darkness, could not check in or even buy a drink from the bar, had to wait one hour for the power to return.

Liked: Excellently located for easy access parking and exploring Tiverton.Nice spacious and comfortable room, pleasantly furnished and well equipped.The staff were all very willing and helpful

Liked: Breakfast, very pleased with variation, freshness of the cooked food, service in egneray
Disliked: Some carpet on the stairs and bathroom bath repaired silicone sealant a bit tired

Felt like I had stepped...

Liked: Good location for what I needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Rooms were very tired, run down and old fashioned. I asked to be moved from first room as bathroom wasn’t clean. Next room smelt strongly of damp.
