Titanic Hotel Liverpool

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and polite. They were always a helping hand as well e.g with luggage, taxis. I was very impressed with the service. The room was clean and tidy. I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel but I still think it was 100% worth the money.
Disliked: Only inconvenience is it is quite far a walk from Liverpool centre but it wouldn’t put me off booking to stay here again.

A very large well appointed...

Liked: We were upgraded to a better room on the top floor which was huge and also had a very large bathroom. The location was very convenient for ferry terminal. The hotel is very clean and very well decorated with a Titanic themed decor.
Disliked: The staff in the bar were not interested in serving us at all so we went into the hotel restaurant instead where the service was good and the food was Okay but had a limited pub grub style menu.There are no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the surrounding area looks rundown and a bit dodgy. Not an area you would walk around at night.

Perfect hotel

Liked: Excellent hotel. Rooms were enormous and facilities perfect. Food was delicious and staff were amazing in particular Tom, Jomin, Ella, Lindsey and Aga. Couldn't do enough for you!
Disliked: Nothing. Could not find anything to complain about.
