Liked: Fabulous hotel Fabulous room loved it
Disliked: The staff in tte bar were so poor it was unbelievable practically impossible to even get there attenton to order a drink and so badly trained it was hard to believe such a beautiful bar it could be so much more if the staff were better trained also a smoking area besides standing at the gront entrance of the property would be a great addition

Overall a wonderful stay, we...

Liked: Reception was very helpful. Restaurant (Wolf Grill) was good food but over priced. Heritage rooms being available to view was a bonus.
Disliked: Breakfast was freshly prepared but a little greasy. Iron and ironing board too small, hotel would do well to provide better facility to press clothes.

Lovely hotel. Staff very polite...

Liked: Food was fresh for breakfast.
Disliked: We were staying as guests in hotel and couldn’t get to sit and order a meal in the bar area because too many non staying guests were sitting only drinking beer and wine at tables. We know they were non staying because the staff said so when we kept asking for a table. It’s not the staff’s fault, maybe some sort of consideration needs to be made about drop in drinkers. As a hotel guest, and at the price of the stay it is reasonable to expect to have some sort of priority over the many pint glass walk-ins sitting for hours in seats that staying guests can’t have access to, to order a meal. Frustrating.
