Boutique Comfort Close to Belfast’s Biggest Stages

Modern yet full of character, Titanic Guest Boutique Accommodation is a 4-star hotel set in a beautifully restored 1900s building in Belfast. Located on Templemore Avenue, it’s just a short stroll or quick taxi ride to key venues like The Waterfront Hall and SSE Arena. With elegant interiors, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout, it’s a stylish base for music fans looking to enjoy the city's live performance scene without sacrificing comfort.

Why Concert-goers love it

You’re under 20 minutes on foot from The Waterfront Hall and just over a mile from SSE Arena, making it easy to enjoy a show and be back in your cozy room before midnight. The area is peaceful enough for a good night’s rest after the encore, and the hotel’s quick access to taxis and local bus routes makes late-night transport a breeze. While standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out at 10:00, the relaxed guesthouse vibe adds a touch of flexibility.

Who this Hotel is great for

- Groups of friends wanting a stylish yet affordable base near the action
- Solo travelers catching a must-see gig
- Couples turning a concert into a weekend escape
- Fans needing some quiet after a loud night out
- Budget-conscious music lovers who don’t want to compromise on quality

Food and Drink Options

While the hotel itself doesn’t offer dining, there are plenty of walkable eateries nearby for a pre-show bite or a post-gig wind-down. Breakfast options are available in local cafés just minutes away, ideal for a late rise after a night of dancing. Room amenities like tea and coffee-making facilities help tide you over between meals.

Nightlife Options

With the bustle of Belfast city centre just over a mile away, you’re never far from trendy bars, pubs, and lounges. Whether you're after a post-show pint or a quiet nightcap, the surrounding area offers plenty of options. And while the hotel doesn't host live music itself, it makes a perfect retreat after a night out.

What People Say

Guests love the clean, stylish rooms and appreciate the quiet location that’s still close to the heart of the city. Many reviews highlight the friendly staff and the hotel’s charming boutique feel. The fast WiFi and cozy lounge area get bonus points for comfort between gigs.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention the early 10:00 check-out as a downside, especially after a late night, and a few note that parking can be limited in the area. But overall, these are small trade-offs for the location and ambience.

The Bottom Line

For concert-goers wanting a stylish, quiet, and convenient base in Belfast, Titanic Guest Boutique Accommodation is a top pick.

Great stay!

Liked: The accommodation is close to the belfast embassy. It was a 10-15 minutes taxi ride. The bedroom on the ground floor was a lovely and clean small room. There is limited lighting due to the small window on the side, but it wasn't an issue for me. There are some storage and charging ports. The smart TV allows you to connect your youtube account, which was great. The heating did not come on, however the portable radiator worked and heated the room up very quickly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was a wet room and accessible. Lots of towels were provided.I had a really comfortable short stay. The staff were present during the day and were there to help with any problems. Breakfast is available. They also have useful information, including taxis numbers in the bedroom.
Disliked: As there is a communal living room, there is the chance that other residents could use this, and you would be able to hear them if they are staying on the ground floor. Guests are told not to use this room in the evening to avoid this.
