Fantastic hotel

Liked: Reception staff.. Onur was wonderful. Sebastian and other concierges were very helpful. The restaurant staff and especially the manager were extraordinary. Food was perfect.
Disliked: There were no negatives.

Nice stay, complementary water in...

Liked: The breakfast was superb. Alot of choice provided and the food was really good. There was plenty of staff about to help and it was very well structured. The food was really fresh and the coffee was excellent too!
Disliked: The reception toilet facility was down stairs, would be good to have one on the ground level.
