Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Very comfortable hotel, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great breakfast and good location. Can truly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

I would not recommend it...

Liked: Location was really convenient, at a walking distance from major attractions, a subway station (U2-Spittelmarkt) was just 200m away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt vesy safe. Breakfast was really good, with a satisfactory variety, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room (standard double) was tiny, just a narrow corridor around the bed +bathorrom, hanging space was practically non-existent, walls were paper-thin, so every time a door closed, the bed would shake, there were no toiletries only toilet paper and handsoap/shampoo (same product) and the room never got made during the 3-day period of my stay.

Great hotel in a perfect...

Liked: The hotel is very well located, very close to an U-Bahn station and within walking distance from the city centre. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everyone was very nice and it is a very good option to stay in Berlin
Disliked: The rooms are not very big. Also, they clean the rooms every second day, but they did not let us know when we checked-in. It is not a big deal, but we would have preferred to know.

Amazing location, great staff, and...

Liked: Great location, very easy to get around and close to bus stations and train station. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were very attentive nothing was ever too much to ask.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is that the standard bedroom was extremely small, I stayed with my fiance and it felt like we were on top of each other with no space to move. Also, the curtains were very unstable and kept coming off which we fixed multiple times.

Liked: Great location. Welcoming staff. Clean. Breakfast was really good!!
Disliked: Beds come with 1 pillow. Rooms aren’t the biggest - but fine for sleeping / showering when you’re exploring all day
