Great experience for last night...

Liked: Very helpful staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows. Plus very understanding when you need a bit of time extra after the checkout time if needed. Hats off to the staff!
Disliked: The breakfast could be a bit improved but not bad at all.

Good for the price, No...

Liked: Location , 24 hours staff. Hotel clean and good quality.
Disliked: Coffee.No coffee in the room, and No possibilty to buying any at the hotel.I recommend a coffee automat at the reception free or with charge at 2 euros as they do in the kiosk

Liked: Very nice staff willing to help during the stay
Disliked: I don't know if it's just bad luck or if all p[eople have this problem, but the mattress was terribly soft (worn?) and in addition I had the impression that part of the bed was sunken and as a result my head was lower than the rest of my body.The walls in the room dirty, stained

Good and comfortable stay in...

Liked: Close to bus stops and subway, laundromat a short bus ride away. Staff were friendly and luggage storage was provided after checkout. Ironing facilities were available upon request.
Disliked: Kettle was by request and dependent on availability only, shower door was completely transparent which can be awkward when you’re staying with family.

Decent hotel

Liked: Nice location and overall a comfortable stay.The hotel is quite dark (think Titanic/boat atmosphere). Our room was spacious and fine for our needs.
Disliked: Allergens were not marked at breakfast and the staff were not always sure about ingredients.As someone with Coeliac disease I had to ask about everything (i.e. I was told the scrambled eggs were not gluten free). There wasn't a huge choice for me to choose from.GF bread takes an additional 10 mins, unless you order in advance.The sliding door to the toilet in the room was broken so it wouldn't close/lock.There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room
