Disappointing

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, and even after changing the room the smell was still strong, the cleaning of the room was the worst experience I had, the sheets had stains, the walls of the room were dirty,The rooms have a carpet under the bed, which had trash accumulated under it, I hurt my foot due to having a hair clip and little stones hidden under this carpet, The trash was simply swept under the carpet, the trash cans had no collection bag, the empty minibar had no option, the bathroom hallway light flickered as if it were burning out.Throughout my stay I communicated with reception, but only one receptionist seemed to really care about the complaint, unfortunately she was only there on the first day and my last day.In short, it's not a hotel I would return to.

Small things should be improved.

Liked: Choice on breakfast is not spectacular. Really needs some improvement. I asked 1 hour extra for check out (12,00) and it was a big issue. Receptionist was so unhappy. Really? Such a big deal? Hotel was empty. Weekend without any event.
Disliked: Good location, no card for elevator needed.

Liked: Our room was clean and the hotel itself is really chic and comfortable. The breakfast is ok but we decided to have it only once.
Disliked: You need to buy a transport pass or rent a car since the hotel is far from most of the major attractions. But it is close to public transportation.
