A bit dissapointing

Disliked: The Location was perfect. Also the stuff at the reception very sweet. Room service didnt really come as often as we would have liked + they didnt give any fresh garbage bags during our 5 days stay. Bed and pillows were quite crap and didnt give any support for the back and neck. But the main issue for us was the heating. The remote control of it was broken and there for we couldnt regulate the temperature in the room or switch it simply off. Outside was warm weather and especially for sleeping the constant +25 inside the room was far too much to have a good and fullfilling sleep. As the windows of the room were located to the side of the busy Kleistrasse, then for us wasnt an option also to simply open the window for a night. Cause the street noise is loud there. So, all together it wasnt very nice stay at Titanic Comfort. Exept, yeahh, once again, the personell at the reception was really nice.

Liked: Mahmoud (I believe that was his name) at the reception desk, was extremely polite and helpful. Even if I had some complaints, thanks to your staff -especially Mahmoud, I would still give you 10+. I really hope you value your employees and that Mahmoud receives some bonus or recognition.Also, the hotel was very clean, what I find really important.
