Liked: Great location for the U Bahn, nice places to eat around the area. Lovely hotel, breakfast was extension for choice and fabulous

Liked: To be honest, the first day left a wonderful impression — I truly appreciated the kind gesture of celebrating my birthday. I would like to thank the team for that.
Disliked: However, when I was moved to another room, unfortunately, it was not up to the same standard. There was no water, no toothbrush, no slippers, and no bathrobes — unlike the previous room. It felt as if I had been moved from a 5-star room to a room with no stars at all .
