Liked: The casino was nice, drinks were cheap, restaurants were pretty good
Disliked: The air was broken, they messed up my reservation, it was overpriced for the amenities that were offered. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Everything is out dated.

Family mini vaca

Liked: Staff was wonderful, hotel was comfortable, clean, had plenty of activities for all the family.
Disliked: Had a wonderful stay I didn't have any complaints.

Coasters and bar in casino,...

Liked: The food was very good at the buffet but was obviously short staffed.
Disliked: Lack of staff at buffet and wait staff in dining area. At Coasters we waited 45 minutes for our food. Waitress was lovely and kept apologizing. We were there on Tuesday and waited 3 hours to get in casino!! Given a $2.00 free play, that was an insult should have been at least $20. Shame on. You!

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was nice. Waitress at sports bar was super nice and sweet…we tipped her well and she thanking us.
Disliked: NO hot water. We left it run and run. When I checked out in the am and told them we had no hot water which meant no showers. She was unapologetic and said oh they’re working on it. Breakfast buffet was very limited and wasn’t free.
