Great comfortable safe location with...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower was a bit small and water went out of shower onto bathroom floor.

Liked: Very clean comfy rooms , reception staff were lovely , very friendly
Disliked: Rooms are small , shower small too , perhaps a mini fridge to keep water cold would be an advantage

Liked: Very good personal service. Close to most great landmarks. Loved the antique stained glass elevator!
Disliked: Not having some ice for the rooms. A cube or 2 upon request for the odd tipple would be great.

Okay for a short stay

Liked: Clean room but bathroom was a very small. My room wasn’t ready at check in time (2pm), staff didn’t apologize and they asked me to wait for at least an hour. A bit expensive for what you get in the room; disposable cups, no water, just one body towel and no hand towel or any small ones.
