Time Out City Hotel Vienna

HORRIBLE !

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Poor hygiene, no facilities, not even a single space to hang clothes so basically we couldn’t unpack our luggage’s for the whole stay. Molds everywhere, developed respiratory issues because of that. Asked for refund on the first night so i can move to another hotel i was told I might only get a small refund for the molds. Conclusion: just some unhygienic beds thrown in the middle of an unhygienic room. To be avoided !

Disliked: Firstly, I didn't like communicating with a bot, which sent us outdated instructions about getting into the room. It said that there was a black box with numbers above the door handle. We couldn't get the room to open and we were short of time. We didn't receive a satisfactory answer from the AI Bot. It was only by chance we found the key to the room in a key box diagonally opposite from the door. The room was really small, it contained only 1 chair and there were what looked like blood marks in 3 spots to the right of the small table in the bedroom and dirt at the bottom of the shower. It was over-priced at more than 100 EUR per night, especially as we then had to store our luggage on the Sunday.

Disliked: please invest into the curtains - thru were too small for windows
