Overpriced and very poor location

Liked: A clean and modern hotel with a great coffee shop and rooftop resaurant
Disliked: Terrible location adjoining the Tenderloin area with taxis refusing to enter the area meaning walking through dangerous and risky areas when leaving and entering. Room was very cramped for 3. Restaurant food was pricey

Disliked: While the hotel itself was in an area that felt reasonably safe, the adjacent area appeared rather sketchy.

Disliked: Rude staffUnexpected fees of $600 that were not disclosed to us by booking.com nor the hotel impacted our holiday budgetsNo bedding provided for my child even though we booked her a placeStaff would not provide even a pillow or blanket for my child on the first night even though she was booked on. Had to take payments off 2 separate cards for separate rooms. Told us services were complimentary and then sent us a bill at the end

Amazing and relaxing stay, highly...

Liked: Everything! So comfortable. Accomodations were amazing and very clean. Staff were so helpful.
Disliked: The food at the cafe downstairs and upstairs was awful. Food is not something I will purchase again. Which really sucked because it did feel like the hotel was an island, not much around. Also the roof top restaurant was soooo nice but AWFUL FOOD. No quality what so ever. It felt like eating cheap motel 6 food with 5 star restaurant pricing. Disappointing.
