Disappointing

Liked: Nice and clean great customer service
Disliked: Outside was dirty there was no parking. On the booking add it said hotel parking included. But really wasn’t. And it never said anything about putting $200 deposit. Also when driving back from our meet all streets were blocked off to get back to the hotel for three hours. No one told us there was a parade going on they just told us there was no entering until 3pm

Liked: Everything was excellent
Disliked: The location is surrounded by homeless people. It was quite intimidating to take a walk around 8 pm.

Liked: The room was fine, nothing fancy or exciting about it. We did enjoy breakfast up at the roof top restaurant. The location is conveniently located downtown; we have stayed at a number of properties in the city and would rate this property middle of the pack. Likely stay at another when available in the future.

Disliked: The food menu and the outside homeless

Comfortable beds

Liked: It was a block from golden gate theater!! 1 1/2 blocks from bart.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: it’s a very pretty hotel with a nice rooms and staff is very sweet and very helpful. There was a little issue I had but they were very nice about it and handled it very good.

Great Hotel, Questionable Location

Liked: I liked the general aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location is not the best. It's convenient if you're in the area for a show at The Warfield but it's in the Tenderloin. I personally didn't have any issues, but just be aware of your surroundings.
