Superb

Liked: it’s a very pretty hotel with a nice rooms and staff is very sweet and very helpful. There was a little issue I had but they were very nice about it and handled it very good.

Very good

Great Hotel, Questionable Location

Liked: I liked the general aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location is not the best. It's convenient if you're in the area for a show at The Warfield but it's in the Tenderloin. I personally didn't have any issues, but just be aware of your surroundings.

Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel the staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable I felt safe and there was plenty to do in the area and it's within walking distance of Bart and other attractions are nearby
Disliked: The cable didn't work and it's in a bad neighborhood but besides that it's in a great location just stay away from the area you shouldn't venture into and it's good. It's a city so there are rough spots but no complaints.

Liked: Great staff, newly renovated hotel, $15 daily allowance for snacks and drinks.
Disliked: Location is close to more dangerous parts of the city, the room was said to have three sleeps, but it was more like 2, and we had to ask for additional sheets, but the staff was very helpful.A bit pricey.

Hotel Timbri

Liked: The regular bathtub was wonderful, hot water was plentiful. The bed was comfy! Rise over run is very nice and the service was on point as well as the food and drinks. Looking forward to coming here again.
Disliked: The streets outside of the hotel are rough, human urine was on multiple spots and it smelled bad. There was security at the front door, which is very necessary.
