This is an awesome place to stay - clean, comfortable and close to concert venue.
Liked: Great shower! Super front desk clerk.
Disliked: No trash can in room - only by sink.

Liked: Great location if you want to spend time downtown or go to McDonald Theatre.
Disliked: Room a little stuffy; slightly smelly as if smokers once were there. Top of the toaster was not clean in the office where a little breakfast was set up.

Disliked: Rooms are not very sound proof. Lots of road noise and AC noise.

Friendly and Cozy Motel
Liked: The staff at front was very friendly and helpful. She advice me some good place to eat and drink. I ask if it's possible to change time for check-out. It is ok to check-out before noon which help me great. The breakfast was warm and good too.
I also like the location. It is close enough to walk to Broadway and 5th market and more.
Disliked: It will be perfect if this motel had bath tab.

It's worth staying at this...
Liked: The motel in nicely and tastefully renovated, with many retro wood accents. The bathing facilities are tasteful and quite excelent for the United States, meaning that you get a custom-made shower area, big enough for two people, a ceiling shower head AND a shower hose (something that is stupidly such a rarity in the U.S.). Cleanliness is also top notch. An additional, extra thick blanket also keeps you warm during the cold nights when you don't want to sleep with the HVAC turned on. Also worth mentioning... The fridge is wisper quiet. The HVAC has a wireless remote. The furniture is warm and welcoming. It's all these little details that make a difference compared to other generic motels.
Disliked: Some guests are ignoring the non-smoking guidelines and ruin the whole atmosphere of the nice rooms. The motel must triple the fines for smoking inside the rooms. Guests should also avoid the rooms that are facing the street if they are light sleepers. The street noise that penetrates those rooms is unbearable. New, soundproofed doors and windows should be installed.
