Timberlake Hotel

Our stay was wonderful.

Liked: Breakfast was wondering. Food was nice and manageable.
Disliked: Bathroom didn't have towel racks. It was broken and not replaced.The shower stall did not have grab handle bars for seniors. Its a necessity specially for seniors. ThanksHope this improves next year when we plan to visit again.

Amazing.

Liked: We loved the lobby, the staff was super friendly, the room was large, the shower was a dream shower, breakfast was good, the section to buy things by the lobby has AMAZING and THOUGHTFUL items.
Disliked: Please switch out the lamps for lamps that have USB and C ports for charging devices.

A hidden gem in Staples,...

Liked: Ratings were high, but was still surprised at how comfortable and a step or 3 above the standard hotel., especially for the price. Breakfast area was clean, spacious and food was good plus.China coffee mugs and glass glasses in the room.Pool was spacious and clean. The hotel felt welcoming.
Disliked: Had real plates, silverware and cups in the breakfast area, but plastic cereal bowls. Not a fan.

It was perfect beautiful indoor...

Liked: Location and size of rooms
Disliked: When we went down to have breakfast by 8:30 all the pans were empty. That’s ok we walked over to Witches Brew across the way for Breakfast. Boba green Mano Tea and bought out her Danish and Muffin counter. It was amazing so happy there was no food at continental breakfast.

Very pleasing stay.

Liked: Good breakfast. Room was more like a upscale hotel. Very well appointed.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: The room size, having that sofa bed for the family. We spent minimal time at the hotel so having to book 2 rooms would have been so unnecessary
Disliked: The hot tub jets were in need of repair. After a night of 4 hours of standing vigil at my brother's funeral visitation, I was looking forward to getting relief in my back. It was minimal comfort

It was a good stay....

Liked: It was great to have a complimetary breakfast. Lots of hot options Could use a fruit option but otherwise clean area and friendly staff.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were spacious and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would totally recommend.
