A very nice place to...

Liked: Lovely place and very helpful and friendly hostess. The complimentary s’mores by the firepit was a very nice touch.
Disliked: The room could do with a little more soundproofing.

Great place to stay !

Liked: We loved the front desk lady . She was very helpful with recommendations of town she made us feel at home. The room was very clean and comfortable. The fire outside for marshmallows n the blanket was a great touch. Thank you Mrs . Loved it!

Excellent stay in Ouray

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff at the lodge were excellent. Ms. Cheryl was awesome and showed us around the place and gave us the brief run down of the best things to do in Ouray. The rooms in the lodge all had working thermostats, as we were worried about that in the beginning. The kitchen was well stocked and all the equipments were working well. We were all very happy with our stay.
Disliked: Nothing really. We stayed there for a day and everything worked well. Maybe the sign to the first floor parking could have been a bit better, the entrance to first floor rooms are through a RV park.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and could advise us on what to so in the area. They were extremely helpful. The lodge is located next to the main road, but we hardly heard any traffic at night. It’s right next to the river trail, which is lovely.

Charming lodge with beautiful views...

Liked: The views were beautiful & the owner was very friendly & attentive. You can tell a lot of effort goes into making it a memorable stay. From the binder guide detailing food & activities in town, to the fire pit & s’mores, it was perfect. There was even a walking path right behind the lodge that paralleled the river & led into town. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer!
