Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark

Very dirty and mold in...

Liked: The Waterpark was nice. Our kids had fun.
Disliked: It is not clean at all! Our room was disgusting. It had mold in the bathroom, and everything was falling apart. The tub was dirty, and the room just felt unclean. The kitchen area had crums and hair. The pillows are very uncomfortable, and the pull out couch should not be for sleeping. Everything is so old and dirty. They did not refill the shower gel and had hardly any shampoo.

It was great overall!

Liked: I visited twice this year so far! Staff has always been so kind and nice when checking in and out. Facility is very cleaned, the kid section usually always has a life guard walking around, which I like!
Disliked: Could probably use better AC to stay on longer, and better WiFi.

Passable

Liked: I loved the tub in the room with the jets but it was filthy and the water drained so slow so I could even enjoy it when the kids went to sleep.
Disliked: someone pooped in the pool it was super pricey and the lazy river was nice but really shallow also dirty tub with a clogged drain

Disappointing

Liked: The grandchildren like it, and what kids would not like being in the pool all day
Disliked: The rooms are outdated. Could be a lot cleaner, example deflated ballons in the room. holes in the bedspread
