The Spotlight on TiltonLodge Inn & Suites

Lakeside Relaxation Close to the Action

Modern comfort meets classic New England charm at TiltonLodge Inn & Suites, located just off Lake Winnisquam in Tilton, NH. This peaceful retreat features wood-furnished rooms, many with private balconies or patios overlooking the lake. With free Wi-Fi, an on-site fitness center, and a family-friendly game room, it’s a great base for both adventure and unwind time.
Only a short drive from major entertainment spots like the New Hampshire Motor Speedway and seasonal music events at local ski resorts, this hotel is a smart pick for concert-goers who want a scenic escape after the show.

Why Concert-goers love it

TiltonLodge Inn & Suites is about 20 minutes from the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, a popular spot for concerts and events. After a high-energy night, guests appreciate the quiet lakeside setting that offers a welcome contrast to the crowds. The hotel’s free parking and easy highway access make it an excellent choice for road-tripping music fans. Though not walking distance from venues, it’s a solid option for those with cars looking for a quieter post-concert retreat.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking for a laid-back base between shows and nature outings
  • Solo travelers chasing a bucket-list performance
  • Couples combining music with a romantic lakeside weekend
  • Fans wanting a peaceful place to recharge after a loud night
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who value space and scenery

Food and Drink Options

While the hotel doesn’t have a full restaurant, there are several casual dining spots and late-night eateries just a short drive away. In-room amenities like a fridge and coffee maker make it easy to keep snacks and morning essentials on hand. Breakfast lovers will find nearby diners and cafés open early and late to suit your concert schedule.

Nightlife Options

If you're looking to keep the night going after the encore, you'll find a handful of local bars and lounges within a short drive. While the hotel itself is more of a quiet retreat, the surrounding Lakes Region offers small-town nightlife with a warm, friendly vibe. No on-site bar, but perfect for those who prefer to wind down on their balcony with lake views.

What People Say

Guests consistently praise the clean rooms, lake views, and peaceful atmosphere. Families love the game room, while couples and solo guests appreciate the easy-going vibe and proximity to both nature and entertainment. Reviewers also mention great value for the price and a convenient location for exploring the Lakes Region.

Areas for Improvement

This isn't the place for all-night partying—some guests note the lack of an on-site bar or restaurant. Since it’s a drive to most venues and nightlife, having a car is a must. The hotel leans more toward cozy than luxurious, so don’t expect high-end extras.

The Bottom Line

If you're headed to a concert in New Hampshire and want a quiet, affordable lakeside stay to decompress afterward, TiltonLodge Inn & Suites hits all the right notes.

Deliverance

Liked: We did not even go inside. We drove into the parking lot and there were boarded up windows and people smoking on the porch. It was nothing like the pictures online. We left and found another place to stay.
Disliked: The outside was scary. Didn't dare go inside. We went down the road to the Hampton Inn and spent the same amount of money for a quality room. If you were a reputable place you'd refund at least half my money.
