Liked: Only minus would be on the pool. Didn’t look clean and safe. But other than that the stay was pretty perfect !

Liked: We visited universal studios and dodger’s stadium so the hotel had a perfect location. Only 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk if you decide to walk. Staff was very friendly and our room was kept clean all 3 days of our stay, I didn’t have to ask for towels or anything because they changed and fill everything every day. After a long day it was nice to get back to a clean room.
Disliked: I didn’t like that Tilt Hotel Universal-Hollywood didn’t respect the room fee by booking.com. My total for all 3 nights with booking.com was $750 and I had to pay $836 when checking in I show them my reservation but they didn’t care. They also advertised a continental breakfast included in your stay and they only drinks available for guest. The pool is really small and the bathroom door makes too much noise when open it needs to be replaced.I would definitely not be staying here again. This is the first time that my reservation fee from booking.com is not respected.

Pleasantly surprised.

Liked: Do not be led by any negative reviews! Great location for business or leisure. ALL of the front desk clerks were awesome and very welcoming. Zack, your awesome man! Here are some the details:-First off, the whole place smelled great. Rooms are clean and spacious. It felt safe and welcoming.-Universal Studios about a 20 min walk. Great restaurants within 5 min walk. Convenience stores are a minute walk.- Starbucks across the street.The pool was a little on the small side but that was not a deal breaker for my family. the pool is in doors and is heated.There is everything you need, if you are like me, around you so don't have to drive in the L.A. TRAFFIC. I will be coming back again and again.
