Will not stay here ever...

Liked: Vale was very very nice
Disliked: I was told the they don’t have any running water but they ushered me that they would have it up by 9pm at 10 pm I was told that they had no time frame when, I arrived a 4pm and I waited until 10pm for them to call me but they never bid, I had to call them, so I left and went somewhere else to spend the night.

Best hotel in TJ

Liked: The room was good size, the beds were beyond comfortable and everything worked!The buffet was as good as any buffet I've ever had. Great lobby. Wonderful service
Disliked: I used to enjoy the singer in the lobby. It was intimate. I guess too intimate. They removed that. Something that works that good I would never change. But who am I?
