Excellent experience - disappointing Tapas

Disliked: Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the Tapas. I have done the dip and dine many times and like to bring friends to do it with me. The menu is reduced but more importantly it is far from the quality it was before. One of the selections was bread with the salad? That should be just part of the salad tapas. Usually I love all of the selections and can’t wait to make it to the end and order what I’d like. This time the only things I would have ordered again was the scallops and salmon. The duck and the beef selections were actually “slimy”; it seemed like they were sitting too long somewhere. They were terrible. So for the first time I was embarrassed that I had convinced my guest to pay for the Tapas experience. I didn’t know what to say but apologize to her.
