Overall great hotel

Liked: Fabulous hotel great room and facilities Cocktails were great and breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: In evening we had to ask a few times for our drink order to be taken and it took forever to appear We seen our allocated waiter leave mid evening and it seemed rest of staff were under pressure.

Liked: Good location, nice room and facilities
Disliked: Air con was broken and made a huge racket all night. No hot water and the phone didn’t work so when I needed help I had to go up and down in the lift

Liked: I like the positions and the room was very big.
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast and the food in general.Not good ingredients, few sweet options and not fresh (like for example pre cooked pancake !!) and not traditional ingredients.Room on the 1st floor very noise.Not so good the cleaning room

Perfect stay !

Liked: Stayed one night to meet up with my daughter it was perfect. Beautiful decor large comfortable room with space to relax very welcoming staff and cooked breakfast to order.
