I’d tell people traveling to...

Liked: Different in a good way- very colorful, modern, artsy vibe. The location was excellent. The staff very attentive - especially as the key system was down and they had to escort us to our rooms each time for one day of our stay - they were quick, smiling and apologetic for something out of their control. The free drink for our trouble was a nice touch.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, very close to Princes Street and to numerous buses (including a bus from/to the airport and hop on-hop off busses), restaurants, shops. You could also walk almost everywhere. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom as well! The shower was really spacious and hot water would come out almost immediately and loved it! The bed and pillows very comfortable! There was a complementary bottle of water and shortbreads each day. There was a coffee machine in the room and nespresso capsules, so you could make your own coffee at any time (tea was also available). The staff was polite.
Disliked: The quality of the breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed it! However, there was no breakfast buffet and you had to order dishes from a menu. This was not clear to me when I made a reservation. And breakfast was only starting at 8:00. I believe it would be better to have also a small buffer where you could have a fruit or a croissant. In addition, one day we waited for about 25 min to have our hot breakfast served and on that day we were on a tight time schedule. Maybe we should have made it clear that we would like a faster service. If you not in a hurry, then you can really enjoy relaxed breakfast in a very nice environment.Another thing is that on Friday and Saturday night, you can still hear a bit of the music from the club, but it did not really bothering me. I mention it though, because it might be an important point for people that might need total silence to sleep.
