Liked: Only a short walk to the front. Excellent entertainment every night. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good sea view although we didn't get the room we originally booked.
Disliked: Booked a junior suite, but due to refurbishment we were given a family room. Bed uncomfortable and room very light due to light outside

A very friendly welcome

Liked: The effort the staff and management are making to make this a hotel you would want to return to on a regular basisWe had an issue with the locking mechanism on our room door, which was resolved in a matter of minutes by the staff on reception.
Disliked: It's an old building, looking tired in places. There was substantial scaffolding outside the window of our room and the glass was dirty.

Rooms leaking and not not...

Liked: Room was OK. A leak o. The ceiling g but did not interfere with anything. Breakfast was very good. Rooms could have been better
Disliked: Some staff could be trained more in health and safety

Liked: Rooms were clean and reasonably priced also within easy reach of town centre
Disliked: Nothing everything ok we didn't spend much time in the hotel I had a drink in the bar which was ok
