Disliked: A hair dryer in the room. A front facing room and better parking. Keep the lift working.

Great location & entertain fantastic...

Liked: The location and entertainment is fantastic just a short walk and you are at North Pier and the centre of the town. Right on the sea front and has a lot of parking.
Disliked: The first room we got was dirty, small and some of the shelfs fell part when we went to place our clothes on them - they where the old white flat pack type. Went to ask for another room and as hotel full they couldn't change us till the next day - although they did upgrade us to a sea view room which was miles apart from the first one given. The next issue we had was we were charged twice for a dinner at the bar (first meal was frozen fish not fresh so refund given - nope they took it twice and I only noticed it in my bank a few days later - they said they wouldn't noticed it but i do not think so as the till would have just shown two payment for food and drinks - they eventually sorted this out for me). We upgraded to half board - big error as the dinner was terrible (its like a school dinner with the food on hot plates and the waiters dishing up your food - its not hot, its all mush and not very nice - see photos) so when asked for refund to go back to BnB they advised would cost us £4 each more as they had place us on a package which was lower than the BnB rate - so please look out for this is going to do BnB as cheaper to do half board on a package with them at reception - as you may get at least a lower price even if the food is not great some people may like the soup and dessert.

Liked: Loved the hotel. Staff were friendly. About 15 mins walk to blackpool tower. £7 to park all day which was not bad. Loveky breakfast and pub grub at night was good to.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable

Liked: Location was excellent our room was perfect we had a junior suite with sea view staff were fantastic will certainly stay here again
