Disappointing

Liked: The pictures show only a portion of the hotel. The room we ended up in was more like a motel.
Disliked: While there were some upgrades, the paint was chipping and there were cracks in the walls. The room was no better than a motel room.

Disliked: There were hours you couldn't use the jacuzzi tub at night. 2200- 0900. Only reason I booked the room and since I work nights and am up at night we couldn't really use the tub. No continental breakfast, even though it said in the booking, there was

Liked: Water pressure in the shower was great.
Disliked: Our room was tiny; the bed was something like 18 inches from the door to the parking lot. No closet or pegs to hang a coat and hat on, and no place to put our suitcases. Two unequal height steps up to get to a bathroom too small to easily turn around in. The floor was dirty and gritty with no floor mat or rug to wipe feet on, so we kept having to wipe out feet before we got into bed or put on shoes. The door to the room was not sealed so we had light and noise intrusion all night.

Convenient for ferry travelers.

Liked: Room has views over the bay.
Disliked: Facilities show sign of aging. Parking a bit of a challenge but free.Our bathroom was difficult to get into and would be more difficult for a larger person; layout was extremely tiny.

Liked: Excellent bed, room was very clean, bathroom spotless with good pressure and water temperature. Our room was nicely air conditioned and the weather during our stay was unusually warm.
Disliked: Deck chairs could have been a bit more comfortable
