Great location, poor property

Liked: Excellent location. Walkability.
Disliked: The room didnt look like the pictures on the website. In reality the room looked very worn and tired. However, the most disappointing part of the room was the fact that the beds only had 4-5 inch foam pad directly on top of a wooden slat bedframe. There were no mattresses. When you sat on the bed or you were to lie down on the bed, you could feel the slats of the frame. Ive never stayed in a hotel with such uncomfortable bedding.Additionally, the neighbors above my room were very loud to 11 PM each night, running, jumping, dragging furniture across the floor and were very disrespectful. I understand this is an older building and so sound carries, but the behavior was disrespectful. Theres no staff on site after 5 PM so there was no one to report this loud activity to.

Liked: The greeting was exceptional. All the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. This is a wonderful little hotel with an amazing location. It was also very clean. The pool was just perfect and there are lovely touches like the perfectly kitted out little kitchen and deck chairs / sun shades on the beach. Would definitely recommend and come here again!
Disliked: Only little minor thing was the beds were a little soft.
